In the Defend Phase, players must fight off bugs without the ability to use build tools or respawn. If all players are killed or the MHQ is destroyed, the match is lost. Player stat tracking and profiles have also been added in update 0.4. Players can now view their in-game stats, including total kills, revives, deaths, wins, losses, and extractions. Stats are categorized by mission, kills, and weapons, and can be filtered by game mode and classes. The developers plan to add more stats in the future.
Offworld Industries, the developer of Starship Troopers: Extermination, is actively seeking player feedback to determine what features and mechanics need to be adjusted for future updates.
