The writer of the third Ant-Man movie, Jeff Loveness, is also penning Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, further supporting this likelihood.
Loveness has mentioned that the story of Avengers: The Kang Dynasty will involve throwing the new heroes, introduced during Phase 4 of the MCU, into the fire. This suggests that heroes like Shang-Chi, Kate Bishop, Yelena Belova, and She-Hulk will have significant roles in the film.
While it is necessary for the team to undergo a renewal process, some of the original Avengers could still be part of Avengers: The Kang Dynasty’s team. The fight against the Council of Kangs is expected to be dangerous, and it is possible that a character like Thor may sacrifice himself for the new generation of heroes. Other popular MCU heroes like Doctor Strange, Captain Marvel, and Spider-Man are also expected to play a role in the film. Additionally, given the popularity of the Daredevil series and Charlie Cox’s portrayal of the character, it is likely that Daredevil will be part of the new Avengers team.
