Alina Kozhevnikova, a former cast member of the reality show 90 Day Fiancé, was fired from the show due to past racist social media posts. Alina was a part of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 5 with Caleb. They first met on Facebook over 13 years ago when Alina was trying to learn English. On the show, they traveled to Turkey together. Alina, who has diastrophic dysplasia, a form of dwarfism, was the first little person on the franchise. However, Caleb broke up with her in the season finale due to concerns about their height difference.
Alina’s journey on the show was cut short when she was fired in January 2022. The network decided to discontinue filming with her after discovering racist comments and content on her social media accounts. These included a post where she wore a bandanna with a drawn-on beard and wrote a racist caption, as well as using racial slurs in other posts. As a result, Alina was no longer featured in the Tell-All for the season and was banned from future installments of the 90 Day Fiancé franchise.
Caleb’s Support in Alina’s Move from Russia to Argentina
Despite the end of their romantic relationship, Caleb helped Alina move from Russia to Argentina. In a YouTube video, Alina revealed that she and her roommate Elijah relocated to Buenos Aires in May 2022. Caleb assisted her with purchasing the tickets since she was unable to do so with her Russian credit/debit cards.
In 2023, Alina has taken on the name Alina Coxinha and describes herself as a singer, songwriter, and aspiring illustrator on her Instagram. She is still living in Buenos Aires and has been learning Spanish for a year. Alina recently turned 30 years old. Despite her past controversies, she seems to be focusing on her music and creative endeavors in her new chapter of life.
